Biography / Profile

Julio Héctor Molina Muscará My full and real name is Julio Héctor Molina Muscará.

I have no aliases, but I usually sign my work that's published in non Spanish countries as "Julio Molina-Muscara" (without the accent and with a hyphen), or simply as Julio.

I was born in Córdoba, Argentina on December 5, 1969. I'm a Sagitarius, and a Ruster; I hope that's a good thing.

I've always loved to draw, and have done it all my life as a hobby, taking a few art courses along the way.

But my first professional job as an artist came in 2004 for the "Johnny Go Pro" comic strip written by American writer Frank Shaskus.

Since then I've worked on several art and comics projects including "Omega Chase", a comic book written by New York writer (and friend) Keith Dallas, published in the United States by Th3rd World Studios (from "Stuff of Legend"). Keith and I are co-creators of Omega Chase.

Another art venture is my "Incredible Hulk Fan Webcomic" which is published on the web at my Incredible Hulk Library website.

Most of my drawings have been published in the United States, but I long to do so everywhere else, particularly in my home country Argentina and in the land of my ancestors, Italy and Spain.
